1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "Participant", or "User") and Synap Connect Core Co., Ltd. ("Synap Connect Core", "Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Chiang Mai, Thailand (Office Address: 84/3 Charoen Prathet Soi 6, T. Chang Khlan, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50000).

By accessing our website (synap-connectcore.click), registering for our Candlestick Reading Bootcamp, enrolling in workshops, or attending our Chart Lab sessions, you signify your unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Nature of Services & Educational Purpose

Synap Connect Core delivers educational training programs, interactive workshops, replay analysis drills, and mentoring focused on technical market analysis, chart geometry, and candlestick reading techniques.

All course materials, live discussions, instructor chart annotations, and replay exercises are provided exclusively for technical skill development and educational instruction. Synap Connect Core provides analytical training; we do not provide personal financial advisory services, brokerage accounts, or automated execution software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, including the Synap Technical Analysis Field Manual, slide presentations, proprietary historical replay drill scenarios, annotated chart teardowns, video recordings, and written curricula, are the sole intellectual property of Synap Connect Core Co., Ltd.

Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and study these materials for individual learning. Redistribution, public broadcasting, resale, or sublicensing of our instructional materials is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

4. Student Conduct & Participation

To ensure a productive learning atmosphere across our Chiang Mai studio and virtual classroom suites:

• Participants agree to maintain professional, respectful decorum during live Q&A and group chart deconstructions.
• Screen recordings and session captures by students during live cohort clinics are prohibited to protect participant privacy and proprietary training assets.
• Violations of collaborative classroom standards may result in suspension from live cohort participation with applicable terms under our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Technical chart analysis involves interpreting historical price movements to assess market probabilities. Financial markets inherently carry capital risk. Synap Connect Core Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising directly or indirectly from individual decisions made after participating in our educational programs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with our educational services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
