Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Overview and Commitment

At Synap Connect Core Co., Ltd., we maintain strictly capped cohort sizes (maximum 14 students for the Candlestick Reading Bootcamp) to ensure rigorous, individual chart instruction. This Refund & Rescheduling Policy establishes clear terms for course cancellations, seat transfers, and refund requests.

2. Bootcamp & Workshop Refund Terms

For our flagship Candlestick Reading Bootcamp and Multi-Timeframe Structure Lab, the following cancellation timeframes apply:

• 14 Days or More Prior to Cohort Start: 100% Full Refund of tuition paid, minus standard third-party bank processing fees (typically 3%).
• 7 to 13 Days Prior to Cohort Start: 70% Partial Refund, or a 100% credit transfer to the immediate next scheduled cohort intake at zero administrative charge.
• Less than 7 Days Prior to Cohort Start: 50% Partial Refund, or a one-time free transfer to a future cohort.
• After Cohort Commencement (Work Already Started): Once live instructional sessions have begun, direct monetary refunds are no longer available due to allocated seat capacity and personalized instructor preparation. However, if unforeseen medical emergencies arise, students may pause their enrollment and resume in a subsequent intake upon providing verifiable documentation.

3. Live Chart Clinic Monthly Passes

Monthly Chart Clinic passes operate on a flexible recurring cycle. Members may cancel their subscription at any time with at least 7 days' written notice prior to their next monthly billing date. No refunds are issued for partially elapsed monthly clinic cycles.

4. One-on-One Technical Mentorship Engagements

For bespoke 6-week private mentorships:

• Prior to Preliminary Diagnostic Review: 100% refund upon written notice.
• After Initial 1-on-1 Strategy Session: Pro-rata refund calculated against the remaining unused 90-minute private sessions, less a ฿5,000 THB administrative onboarding fee.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:

• Physical copies of the 180-page Synap Technical Analysis Field Manual once dispatched via courier.
• Completed 1-on-1 private diagnostic chart teardown sessions that have already taken place.

6. Rescheduling & Cohort Seat Transfers

We recognize that professional schedules fluctuate. Students enrolled in any cohort program are entitled to one free cohort date transfer, provided notice is submitted in writing at least 5 business days before their original cohort start date. Subsequent transfers may incur a ฿2,000 THB administrative rescheduling charge.

7. No-Shows and Absence Handling

If a student fails to attend live sessions without prior written notice ("no-show"), the seat is considered occupied. Missed sessions are not eligible for partial refunds; however, the student maintains full access to high-definition video recordings and annotated session chart packets.

8. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To initiate a refund or rescheduling request:

1. Send an email to info@synap-connectcore.click with the subject line Refund / Reschedule Request - [Your Full Name].
2. Include your registration confirmation number, selected program, and reason for the request.
3. Our admissions director will review your request and issue a formal written response within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer or payment card) within 5 to 10 business days.
